IN THE NIGHT I WALK OUTSIDE AND TURN TOWARDS THE STARS. I FEEL THE AIR, I TOUCH THE EARTH, I OPEN, I AM PART.
In the evening, when the light had faded from the day, and the storm was finally at peace, she would walk outside. Chasing the sound of the rustling poplars. It caressed her ears, healed her ears. And as if the wind knew it, it rolled out across the night sky above her, and, walking beside her, blew the pitch-black darkness from her being. The glassy curtain that always fell when it was needed would crack, break, tear after many years.
She was a woman of flesh and blood and bones…
A woman who wanted to dance and sing and be shamelessly naked.
Didn’t want to be blindly humiliated when the empty hunger came again.
And to appease the raw but Divine desire, she dreamed herself naked on the earth one night. Her body stretched out wide and surrendered to the open ground. She dreamed that she was sinking. That her fingers and hands, her feet and toes, her loins and entire body, grew roots and voraciously drank from a well. An inexhaustibly beating, red and warm heart, deep in the dark brown caverns of the earth beneath her. She dreamed the same earth wrapped around her like a soft and warm blanket, rocking her body, all night…
